The event was a sell out again and rightly so for such a good cause. Bridget Tait, our accompanist, gave a short speech about the valuable help she had received and Pat Viggers outlined to the audience the role Walsall Breastcare Group fulfils in the community.

John Baugh told us a little about the charitable venture he is trying to set up and lightened the mood with a good joke.

The opening song of the concert, For the Beauty of the Earth,  was dedicated to Dorothy Gotsall, our Secretary of 40 years , who sadly passed away in September. We will remember her.
