President                     Margaret O'Callaghan

Margaret is one of the longest serving members of the choir, sitting in the soprano section, and helps to organise publicity for the choir generally and for specific concerts. She was appointed Honorary President at the AGM in July 2009.

                   

Honorary President     Rev. Linda Williams

Linda is the vicar of local Methodist Churches  where the choir currently practises and is always supportive of the choir's activities.                

 

Chairman                                    Pam Proffitt                               

 Pam has been chairman  since 2006 and a member for many years before that. She is an active member of the sopranos and takes her role as chairman  seriously. She also represents Willenhall Musical Society at meetings of the National Association of Choirs.

                       

 

 

Musical Director                         Justine Clarke                    

Justine was appointed in January 2011  after 20 years as a choir member and fully deserves her chance to lead the choir into a new phase.She has already come up with a number of interesting ideas and rehearsals are quite lively! 

 

 

 

Secretary                                     Dorothy Copson        

                               Dorothy has been with the choir for many years and has sung in shows with Willenhall Operatic Society.

                              She has performed as a solo artist with the choir and duetted with Alan Pooler , our previous MD, on many

                              occasions.

 

                     

   Treasurer                                    Anne Langley

Anne is an alto and has been with the choir for 30 years, including the last 15 as treasurer. She keeps a firm grip on finances and produces the programme for the annual charity concert.

   

Accompanist                               Bridget Tait   

 Bridget has been with the choir for some time, previously as accompanist and as an alto. She is now back as Accompanist and does most of the work for us! She is also a valuable member of the Music Sub- Committee.
